Drawings are submitted for all (4) Buildings, (3) of which may be built in the future. Building 1 is 2,822 sqft, all Buildings 1-4 total 11,101 sqft. Construction consists of a structural steel and metal panel pre-fabricated building on concrete slab. The building will house IT data pods along with UPS pods. The exterior concrete yard will have generators, chiller pods, and a hydro decoupler skid.The Christman Company is submitting as the Construction Manager of the project. Trade contractors will be hired to complete the building.Record
