What this list is, and what it is not

Each row is capacity an operator has told us it can deliver to a new tenant. The figure is critical IT load unless the row says otherwise. Utility power to a site is usually larger and is not what you lease.

A listing is not a reservation. Wholesale blocks are often committed within weeks, and another tenant can sign first. We confirm a row again against your requirement before you rely on it. A row we cannot reconfirm within 45 days comes off the list.

The location stops at the metro. Where a city would give the building away, we show the state instead. Operators share these blocks with us before they market them, and the name is what we discuss with you on a call.

How to read the dates

Available now means the operator says the space and power can be delivered on a standard fit-out schedule. A quarter or a month is the operator's own delivery estimate, and construction or utility work can move it. Energized capacity and capacity that depends on a utility date are different things, and a shortlist from us keeps them apart.

What to send us

Four things get a useful answer fastest: the load in MW, the density per rack, the markets you would accept, and the date you need power. If a block above fits, name its listing number. If none fits, send the requirement anyway. Most wholesale capacity never reaches a list.

Need less than 500 kW? Colocation Scout lists every size, including cabinets and cages.

Have a requirement measured in megawatts?

Send us the load, the markets and the date you need it energized. A senior advisor replies within one business day with the questions that matter and a plan for the search.
